    Ahmedabad to Relish Lost Flavors at Ishaara’s 15-Day Undivided Punjab Pop-Up Menu

    Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], March 17: Ishaara, an innovative dining concept by Bellona Hospitality, introduces the Undivided Punjab menu, a special pop-up curated by Chef Sherry Mehta. Available exclusively from March 16 to March 30 at Ishaara, Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad, this unique menu showcases authentic flavors and traditional cooking techniques, bringing guests closer to Punjab’s timeless gastronomy.

    Undivided Punjab will showcase an extensive range of Punjabi cuisine, from both sides of the border offering a selection of beverages, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian specialties that celebrate rich ingredients, culture, and bold flavors. Guests at Ishaara can savor unique dishes such as Multani Paneer Tikka, Keema Kachori, Chicken Dum Ke Kebab, Dabi Arbi Ka Saalan, Batala Chicken Curry, Shikampuri Pulav, Thippranwala Meat, Peshawari Laal Lobia, Jalebi Parantha, and Malta Pulav complemented by traditional beverages and desserts, including Kanji and Cheena Kheer.
